Fortunately, emergency doctor Hailey was at the scene, and he immediately rushed to help him.
Of course, the most difficult thing was to free the cat from there, because its neck was stuck there.
The doctor tried his best to help the cat, so put his hand behind his head.
When they finally managed to free him from there, the poor cat was given oxygen, then the medication and care he needed.
