Scott McCreery released his debut album, “Clear as Day,” on October 4, 2011. The album had two hits that reached the Top 20 and was rated platinum in the United States.

Are you aware that Scott appeared on “American Idol”? The hit singles “I Love You This Big” and “The Trouble with Girls” were included in “Clear as Day.”

After winning the tenth season of “American Idol” in 2011, Scott became famous. Scott released a Christmas album titled “Christmas with Scotty McCreery” in 2012 following the release of his hit album in 2011.

That was followed by his third album, “See You Tonight.” Scotty did something that no other country artist in music history has ever done.

Without the support of a record label, he achieved chart success with the hit single “Five More Minutes” from 2017. His fourth Top 10 album, “Seasons Change,” debuted in 2018.

All of Scott’s success began with “Idol,” and his debut album, “Clear as Day,” became the first debut album by a winner of “Idol” since 2003’s “Soulful.”

When Scott released “Clear as Day” when he was 18 years old, he had early success. With his platinum album, the “Idol” winner of season 10 took the country music scene by storm.

Using the platform that reality television has given him, he continues to record and perform.

Scott McCreery is another example of a true talent found on “Idol,” and numerous “Idol” winners and runners-up have gone on to have successful recording careers.
