“Dennis was left on the bridge and left to die.
“When a young Gabriel Sepulveda rode his skateboard, he saw Dennis and remembered watching the Hope For Paws video in Jordan, so he knew how to call us,” wrote Eldad Hagar.
“I Lisa Chiarrell’s two hours to get there, what we saw was h.o.r.r.i.f.y.i.n.g. Dennis was on the ground, unable to move, covered in lice. ”
They rushed him to the hospital and started cleaning him.
Lisa’s dog, Lola, was rushed to a hospital so she could donate blood for Dennis, who was suffering from severe anemia. They worked hard to save him…
“For the next five days, Dennis was visited by neurologists, cardiologists, and internal medicine specialists, but that was not enough,” said Eldad.
“Dennis had gone too far, his body was covered.”
“Not all rescuers have a happy ending, can you understand that?”
Dennis was neglected for a long time, no one spoke for him. “If you see that the animal is in need, please say something, do something,” Eldad begs.
