When everyone went back to the pool, Derek Sr. removed his shirt and showed his son the tattoo, which was an exact copy of his son’s birthmark.
The child was shocked and delighted to see that his father had helped him. The boy also made the decision to take off his t-shirt and compare his birthmark to his father’s tattoo.
As a result, he felt much more self-assured and no longer felt shy about his birthmark.
