Dog abuse and neglect seem to know no bounds, it’s absolutely sickening.
It happens very often in many parts of the world and it must be stopped.
In the video below, we have a case in Sri Lanka where someone made a dog sit in the middle of a field, in a cage, to act as a “live scarecrow”.
The only purpose of this dog’s life was to frighten the pests, as it baked under the tree without escaping.
Fortunately, the rescuers caught the wind and came to the rescue before it was too late.
The dog was hungry and scared, so the man would try for a moment to gain his trust.
Not long after, the dog was taken back to the car to signal a whole new page in life.
He suffered from anemia and dehydration, but would receive all the necessary love and care in the hands of rescuers until he finally found the perfect eternal home.
So many dogs need our help, the least we can do is spread the word.
