The dog brothers, Benji Otis, were chained to a log outside and forgotten about.
No food, no water, no shelter. But, fortunately, Rachel from Sidewalk Specials ran into the property and was going to help the dogs.
They were understandably aggressive towards people, they just wanted food. When their trust was restored, they were finally taken home.
