Of course, Buffy’s favorite time to get his mom’s attention is when he’s working.
When the epidemic started Kate started working from home, Buffy knew she had to find a way to get involved in her mother’s work routine.
He really did not want to just talk about how Mom works with his laptop all day.
He wanted something more active than that, and he soon found the perfect job.
“She usually sits with me at my desk for about 10 minutes a day before she decides it’s enough to leave,” Kate said. “But sometimes he jumps up at my desk, or walks, or sits at my laptop keyboard.
“I often open up Microsoft teams for work, so it will make a long noise and then accidentally press the ‘enter’ key, which sends an absurd message to my colleagues.”
