Believe it or not, there are still people who think that animals are incapable of feeling or having feelings.
I wish all these people could see videos like the one you are going to watch, as it will help them to have a better idea to understand that animals are as conscious as we are.
This video shows the moving rescue of an elephant that has spent most of its life in captivity, trapped in a small cage without the feeling of freedom to which all animals are entitled.
Suk-Tsai is now a seventy-three-year-old elephant and was used mainly for tourists in the area.
However, thanks to the Save Elephant Foundation, the elephant was finally able to retire from that hard work and move to an animal shelter. There he could finally feel what it was like to live free.
“Suk Jai’s life passed through the hands of a number of men.
“He was moving from job to job, working tirelessly until he fell,” wrote the organization that rescued Suk-Jai. “Suk Jai was lucky enough to find a caring soul who wanted to help change his life. Peaceful life is his now. ”
The elephant’s reaction when he tastes his new life for the first time is simply touching.
You can get a napkin for this one, as you will probably not be able to hold back the tears.
Everyone should see this.
