Here’s how the sweet Siamese twins look like after 2 years of being separated from each other

ART and NATURE

It was 2019 when Lilia Bachinskaya learned the news of becoming a mother again. They already had three sons, so the couple dreamed of having a daughter.

One day, however, when the couple went to an ultrasound examination, they found out that the woman was expecting Siamese twins.

The doctors assumed that they could not be separated, and despite the advice of the doctors, Lilia decided to give birth anyway.

She understood very well the complexity of the situation, but she believed that everything would be fine with the girls.

Therefore, the twins were born and they were named Abigail and Michaela.

It is true that the sisters were born attached to each other, but as research has shown, they did not share many parts of the brain that allowed them to be separated from each other.

Preparations began soon after their birth. Specialists had been calculating everything for 9 months, preparing the clinic for it in every possible way.

After a few days the girls were separated at California Children’s Hospital with a team of thirty specialists.

Twenty-four hours later, everything was perfect and both babies were perfectly healthy, as the doctors literally gave them a new life.

They spent another six months at the clinic while the babies fully adjusted to their new life.

Now more than two years have passed since that day and the twin sisters feel great.

They almost do not differ from their peers and very quickly close every open place, if there are any.

They still go through several procedures, but after a few years they will not even imagine that they were once Siamese twins.

By the way, recently Lily became a mother again naming their newborn baby boy Adam.
