The rescue team of The Humane Society of the United States has moved to a Florida property to see 140 dogs in the poorest conditions.
And it was Laura Koivula, a member of the Animal Rescue Team, who was on the ground and found three of these completely hairless dogs in the bedroom.
The dogs were so scared of obvious pain from their inflamed skin. It was so hard to see.
But all 140 dogs were rescued, and the next day they received the freshwater, the food, the love they had never had before. All their behavior changed in an instant.
Dogs have a long way to go to recover, but these large-scale operations save many lives.
And all of this is due to the hard work of the United States Human Rights Supporters and their staff. Here are 140 dogs that will never again be aware of neglect or violence.
