Ruth Linnea Ingegaard Larsson, a resident of Sweden who was 103 years old at the time, broke the Guinness Book of World Records by jumping from a parachute.

Larsson was listening to the song “Try Your Wings,” composed by Swedish composer Lasse Dahlqvist, during the jump.

On the ground, her family was waiting for her. At the age of 102, Larsson completed her first skydive and began paragliding at the age of 90.

The woman currently enjoys crossword puzzles and singing in the church choir in addition to parachuting.

She also likes to spend time with her family, which includes 30 great-grandchildren, 19 grandchildren, and five children.

In 2019, a Swedish woman beat Katherine Hodges’s record. At the age of 103 years and 129 days, the woman skydived.

On the other hand, Larrson was 103 years old and 259 days old when the record was made.
