In any case, whatever happens in our life, we can only see the good in our faithful dogs. It is often the case that dog owners work on training their dogs.
However, not everyone sees dogs the way we animal lovers do, especially when it comes to this famous dog breed, pitbulls. When it comes to them, most people immediately start to think bad of them faster than they would of any other dog.
The thing is, Toya Stewart’s dog,named Hazel, started acting aggressive when she saw people she didn’t know, but the dog was really sweet and loving around people she knew.
So people started demanding that she put the dog down instead of giving a chance to train her. So Stuart realized that it was useless to wait for help from someone and she had to take matters into her own hands.
The dog was only 3 months old when it arrived at Stewart’s house. Hazel had to overcome many trials from the day she was born, including dealing with people and being on the streets.
Hazel was a very loyal and sweet dog to her family, but unfortunately she once bit the postman and also a small dog.
From that day, a new period of complications began in his life, which of course hurt Suart’s heart. Of course, she did not deny everything that had happened, noting that her dog was just defending herself and some additional trainings would definitely help her.
“Everyone knew I loved my dog very much and how can you kill someone you love,” Stewart said.
So, instead of listening to people’s opinions and “killing” her dog, Stewart chose a different path to try to save her. Because her dog had already been taken away from her, she had to find a way to free her from there and bring her home.
Initially using a drone to observe the animal shelter, she was eventually able to break in. Thanks to her efforts, she rescued Hazel by breaking the window and opening the door. And Hazel was there waiting for her…
“I didn’t want to hurt anybody, I just wanted to save my dog,” Stewart said. A few days later, however, the police found them, took them back to the shelter together, and then brought Stewart to jail.
“I couldn’t let her die and the least I could do was let her know that I was ready to do everything for her.”
Unfortunately, despite Stewart’s best efforts, the dog was eventually euthanized. That was the judge’s order. Regardless of the tragic results, she showed her beloved dog that she would do anything to save her life.
Of course many people blame her, perhaps not understanding her devotion to her furry friend, but nodoubt many pet owners would do the same to save their beloved dog…
