After a dirty divorce, the couple decided to take it to their pets, innocent Bernie Annabel fell victim. The poor dogs had nothing to do with it, they were now being deliberately starved to death.
Bernie showed signs of botulism caused by toxins found in the rotten flesh of dead animals he had found while walking. He desperately needed to eat, but now he was sicker
As soon as he was returned to the veterinarian at Sidewalk Specials, he began a musculoskeletal stroke.
Unfortunately, Bernie was out of savings at the moment.
But his mother was still fighting. Annabel did her best to watch over him, as they cared for him alone, she never wanted to leave the only place she had ever called home.
