The rescuer received an alarm about a small dog tied to the railing of the bridge left on the side of the road. The leash was so short that the poor cub could not even calm his head properly.
The dog was delighted to see the help coming and ate the food provided.
They took the dog home, where he would be in big hands; he should never worry about being abandoned.
