The older dog was struggling in the cold water, but he was careful not to get help.
Like the brave boys and girls of the Delaware Division, the good news is that he’s ready to be taken out as well as to a safe place.
Immediately after his ice test, Boy was rushed to a veterinarian. While there, this lucky dog was offered clean health for the benefit of his family.
There is little concern that his family will likely be extra vigilant when Owl goes out to the fish farm.
However, given his challenge, we will not be shocked if it takes Boo a short time to realize his courage to urge once again to the edge of the pond.
