The winter is especially hard for dogs there. Temperatures can drop to frost not all owners have the resources to find shelter for dogs.
Some of the puppies lived outside, exposed to the elements, for a whole year. Fortunately, they survived, they no longer have to live like that.
Sidewalk Specials is organizing a kennel trying to find shelter for all the needy dogs in De Dorns.
They were able to provide the puppies with their warm shelter.
It’s amazing how far a small shelter can go.
