All his life he knew nothing but loneliness and pain at the end of the chain

ART and NATURE

Dogs are destined to be part of the family, but at the age of one, Buster knew nothing about living alone on a leash without love, attention, or proper shelter from extreme weather conditions, writes ilovemydogsomuch.

His owners kept him chained in the yard all his life.

Buster was not only lonely but also in pain. The chain was stuck in his neck, from which a deep, painful wound appeared.

He was suffering from an incurable health problem, which left bald spots on his body.

Fortunately, his owners eventually handed him over to PETA, who cured him of his illness and helped him find a new home he loved forever.

When PETA staff brought Buster to his new home in Virginia, his new mother was moved to tears when she first hugged her furry baby.

Buster now has his warm bed to sleep in a family that will love him unconditionally.

“Dogs are meant to be a part of our family,” said one of his new parents. “They are meant to be loved. And that’s what we hope to give him – just the opportunity to get lots and lots of love.

And Christmas presents. ”
