A kindhearted and brave guy jumped into cold water to save a little kid

It was a chilly fall day. Vitaly and his girlfriend were going for a walk along the Svisloch River. They heard screams for help at once.

They saw that a woman was calling so they got closer and ran closer. She was yelling that there was a young boy in the water.

On the shore, nobody else was there. The boy removed his jacket, jumped into the water, briefly rose, and was covered once more by the water.

“On Saturday, I was out walking with a girlfriend when we heard screams for help. On the riverbank, a mother and her infant were standing.

They were shouting that a boy was in the water and calling for assistance. At that point, no one else was on the bank,” Vitaly stated.

Vitaly raced to the other side because it was easier to reach the child who was drowning there. The man rushed into the Svisloch while dressed in sneakers and pants.

The infant was already unconscious when he grabbed him. He was dragged to the shore by Vitaly. At that point, a large number of people had gathered, and somebody had called an ambulance.

The baby was taken to the hospital and the medics began giving him oxygen.

“Some girl gave me a scarf, my girlfriend tried to wipe me with her sweater, and the doctors forced me to get in the ambulance to get some warmth. The young hero continues, “And then I just went home.”

Vitaly is doing well. However, he doesn’t think about his deed as an accomplishment and says that he acted more on intuition. ”

Before jumping into the water, I didn’t give it much thought. There is only me. I had no choice because there were two men standing on the opposite side just watching.

The individual is extremely hopeful that the boy he rescued from the water on Saturday afternoon will recover. Additionally, he states that he would do it again without hesitation.

However, the Ministry of Emergency Situations deemed Vitaly’s action of rescuing the boy from the water to be that of a genuine and good man.

It is not possible for everyone to risk themselves to help someone else. It deserves respect.
