As he was looking for food and trying to eat, someone with a big heart finally noticed him. A local rescuer was called, and the rescuer is terrified. Who could do such a thing? Now he could only help the dog.
The rescuer named her Raha.
Rahan is taken to a nearby veterinary clinic. It is not as technologically advanced as the animal hospitals we are used to. However, they have everything they need to help Raha.

The veterinarian believes that Rahan can be permanently deformed from his injury. He’s shocked by Raha’s size.
She is 6 months old, but half her size. The tie had to stay on him for a long time as his blood work showed that his body was seriously depleted. He probably survived on everything he could drink.
Raha is first calmed down for surgery. He must remain completely still to remove the tie around his snout. The warlike cub undergoes surgery in flying colours.
He eats his first meal without a snout. She is so happy that she can eat real food.
In a few days at the clinic, Rahan can go to a foster home. His snout still seems to have something to do with it. It was there for so long that Raha’s skin was badly pierced she lost her fur in that area.
Raha’s favourite thing to do in her new foster home is playing with her boyfriend. They are doing great. There are other cats and dogs, but one cat, in particular, is his favourite. Raha’s new foster mother adores him.
The lucky dog continues to recover. He thrives in his new environment. Rahan gets fat and learns to move his tail.
