The kindergarten, where 5-year-old Miles attended, decided to celebrate a Twins Day, as that kind of things happen quite often in America.
Children had to choose a partner and dress in the same way.
Therefore, because Miles had no doubt that Tanner was his twin, he chose him.
Miles had told his mom a lot about a boy named Tanner, and she knew they were very close, but she had never met him in person, so she had no idea what he looked like.
The boy always told his mother that they looked exactly the same: brown eyes, black hair and so on.
For the holiday, Britney, Miles’ mom, made both boys matching outfits and they were clearly very happy for that.
But when the kindergarden sent the parents pictures of the pairs they had chosen, it was so heart-melting for Britney. They really did look like perfect ”twins”.
Of course, they were very different, but they had the same kind eyes.
Kids really know what it means to be a true friend. It would be so wonderful if the world was ruled by children.
