Patsy was a dog until he was three months old, and then the owner finally moved him outside.
PETA fieldworkers began to visit the poor dog to give it some attention and proper care.
They asked the owner to hand over the girl, and he finally agreed after a year and a half. Ashley immediately adopted Patsy and found ways to overcome her separation anxiety as best she could.
The dog is back inside, living like a real pet again, it’s beautiful to see.
