American soldiers Refused To Leave Stray Mama Dog And Her Puppies Behind

ART and NATURE

In 2013, a group of American soldiers in Afghanistan united, led by Sgt. Edwin Kaba to help a family of stray dogs after a stray dog wandered into their camp.

Kaba made direct contact with a dog named Sheba, who later became a friend of the soldiers’ mascot. The dog waited every night for the soldiers to return safely.

The soldiers took care of Sheba, who became ill after giving birth. They gave him and his cubs from their food portions to keep him strong.

So, when it was the time for soldiers to go back to home, they decided to bring the dogs home, as they knew that if they were left to fend for themselves, they’d likely pass away.

Thankfully, the dogs and their mama, Harris, Breezy, Buckeye, Jack, Sarah, Rocky, Cadence and Sheba, were all moved to to live with the soldiers! What a happy ending! Watch the video below.
