The Shiba Inu, that is called Wags, in the video below was brought to Westminster and Garden Grove since almost 3 weeks as she was found as a stray.

The owner had no idea that his dog was in the shelter, so he placed leaflets everywhere asking people to call him if they saw the dog, and “offered a gift.”
However, exactly 22 days later, the man was called from the shelter to say that they had his dog. Reunification was incredible.
